Before working with Regan, I was having daily back pain triggered from over-exertion and defensiveness around boundaries being crossed. It would flare up daily and was becoming very debilitating. I was also having regular headaches from taking on too much at a time and not being able to metabolize everything on my to-do list. Regan was very kind, professional, non-judgemental, and supportive in my process. Everything that was addressed in the Body Code System was spot on to my experiences (both those we were specifically working on and those I hadn’t realized were indirectly connected). I had three sessions with him and each time I was amazed at how much progress was made. My pain scale in my back went from an 8 out of 10 to a 1 (!) and the frequency of flare ups went from daily to almost never (just under extreme circumstances, but now with a mild/manageable level of discomfort). My headaches and general emotional processing improved, as did my body literacy as I was able to go back and realize where a lot of these problems began and heal them from the root. Overall, my stress went down, my relationships improved, and I feel less triggered and more apt at working with my needs. A big thank you to Regan!
